It can be hard to go against the grain, but your reputation is for being a pioneer in taking the less-traveled road. You may find that the most popular road is not the best for you. Take a moment to relax and stick with a simple plan. You should eat only fresh food, and exercise. If possible, you can also take care of your joints by doing yoga or swimming with a sauna. This will give you the strength to take a break from 'the norm'.
