It is believed that at the specific time you are born, every particular celestial body (it could be the Moon, the Sun and even the planets) were at a particular point in the sky. the Sun which is known as the King, gives its best results when it is present in the house of Aries. The Sun enjoys its control of power in this house, and that is why the Sun is exalted in this house of Aries.

Taurus- following the king is the queen, and Moon is exalted in this house of Taurus. The queen is placed right next to the king, and exercises her powers in this house.

Gemini-

the king does not allow anyone else to sit next to the queen, so while this house is ruled by the planet of Mercury, there is no planet that resides in this house because of this very reason, and there no planet that is as powerful as the queen, therefore no planet is aligned towards this house.

Cancer-

the advisor is aligned towards this house, which means that the planet of Jupiter is aligned to this house of Cancer which is ruled by the queen, that is the Moon. The advisor is powerful and advices the queen who in turn advises the king.

Leo- as this house is ruled by the Sun, there is no planet that is strong or powerful enough to be aligned in this house of Leo.

Virgo-

this house is ruled by the planet Mercury who is the financial advisor, and therefore is another planet which is powerful and cannot let anyone else align itself in this house other than itself.

Libra -

Sagittarius -

this house does not rule anyone as powerful as this is the house of the advisor, where no one is treated to be greater than the other, in this house of Sagittarius, everyone is treated equally.

Capricorn -

this house is ruled by the planet Saturn but the commander gains power here, and the advisor loses power, and becomes humble in this house of Capricorn.
